Steven Zimmerman may be Little Miami’s most decorated athlete, a four-time Division I state champion in swimming in both the 100-yd backstroke and the 200-yd I.M. He was a 4-time Southwest District Champion, a high school All-American and has held the sectional record for the 100-yard backstroke since 2011. He is also a 10-time YMCA national champion and is the most decorated backstroker in YMCA history. After leaving Little Miami, Steven went on to break more records in the pool at Ohio State University, where he was a 2-time Olympic trials qualifier, a 2-time All-American and finished his career ranked 50th n the world in his events.
