Joe & Peggy Mirlisena are a part of the fabric of Little Miami. They raised their children here and played very active roles in Little Miami athletics. They were involved in the Morrow Athletic Association and the early days of the Little Miami athletic boosters. Joe served as Booster president, and helped build the Panther House concession stand at the old high school. On scores of Friday nights, Joe and Peggy could be found grilling hamburgers and hot dogs for hungry Panther fans. Joe has since passed away, but his and Peggy’s tireless work on behalf of all Little Miami students continues to live on. Their contribution and support of Little Miami athletic and academic programs are a real blessing to the Panther community.
