Hall of Fame
Norm Runyan is a Little Miami track icon. Norm’s coaching career spanned 48 years, from when he began leading the varsity track program in 1962 until 2010. His long-time service to the district allowed him to coach athletes, the children of those athletes, and even possibly their grandchildren. Both the annual Little Miami track invitational and the track itself are currently named for Norm. He was also Little Miami’s head football coach for four years, and his 7-3 record in 1971 stood as the school’s best for almost 15 years. His tireless service as a coach, high school counselor and educator has touched multiple generations of Little Miami students and we are proud to honor him.
