MORROW -- The Little Miami Lady Panthers varsity volleyball team started the 2021 season red hot! Monday night, Little Miami traveled to West Chester and defeated GMC rival Lakota West 3-0 (25-19, 25-15, 26-24) in the season opener. However, the Lady Panthers didn't have long to enjoy the win, as the Lady Panthers welcomed Anderson into Morrow on Tuesday night to begin Eastern Cincinnati Conference play.

Little Miami outlasted Anderson 25-18 in Game 1, and took Game 2 25-15. The Lady Panthers looked as if they might beginning to show fatigue in Game 3, but seniors Chloe Burton, Corrisa Oeder, Annie Casper, Mara Briscoe, and Piper Rickets served up a 25-13 route of the visiting Lady Raptors as Little Miami remains unbeaten at 2-0 overall, and 1-0 in ECC play.

Little Miami returns to action on Thursday, August 26 at Kings. First serve is slated for 6:30 PM.
