LOVELAND -- Little Miami volleyball coach Mason Boulton and his Lady Panthers certainly know their opponent well entering Thursday night's OHSAA Sectional Tournament Round 2 matchup at Loveland High School when they face the Anderson Lady Raptors for the third time in 2023. In their first meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 12 in Anderson Township, Anderson defeated Little Miami in five grueling sets (17-25, 17-25, 25-21, 25-13, and 15-12). And nearly a month later in Morrow, the ECC rivals went head-to-head again and the Lady Raptors outlasted the host Panthers in four sets (25-21, 23-25, 25-21, and 26-24).

Anderson finished the 2023 regular season campaign at 16-6 overall and 14-4 in The Conference. An incredibly talented Kings' squad claimed the ECC regular season league crown, and Forest Hills Schools' rival Turpin took second ahead of Anderson at 17-6, 15-3.
