LITTLE MIAMI PANTHERS ATHLETICS
Bryan Hall Headshot

Bryan Hall

With Board of Education approval, Bryan Hall was nominated and promoted into the LMHS girls' golf varsity head coaching role at The Board's monthly meeting on Tuesday night (Nov. 19, 2024) at Little Miami's Central Office where he replaces Chris Lynch who is departing the program for retirement. Hall, a 1990 Goshen High School graduate is elevated into this new varsity appointment from his former post as the head coach of Little Miami's junior varsity girls' golf team. Additionally, Coach Hall is a varsity assistant coach supporting Felisha Hartmann within the LMHS girls' basketball program.

As a prep student-athlete at Goshen, Hall played multiple sports for the Warriors. Following graduation, he served six years in the Army Reserves and went on to study at the University of Cincinnati with a focus on Information Technology and Organizational Leadership. Although Coach Hall grew up a neighborhood rival of the Panthers, his family are not strangers to PantherNation, as he and his wife (Nicole) have lived in the Little Miami community for over 25 years and their daughters graduated from Little Miami (Madison '20 and Katelyn '21) too.

Outside of coaching, Coach Hall's professional experience consists of 20+ years of management leadership working in the IT field at Worldpay, with the last 10 years in a senior management role where he leads teams both in the United States and overseas (India and the UK), too. These unique professional skills will certainly pay dividends in his new leadership role. "I am very passionate about Little Miami sports and have given everything I have to this program the last five years as the JV girls' golf head coach. During this time, I've enjoyed teaching upcoming players the game of golf, helping them improve their skills, learn the rules of the game, installing golf ethics, and making sure having fun is part of this golf family."

"I am extremely excited for the opportunity to lead the Little Miami golf program, Hall continued. "Coach Lynch leaves the program in a solid place. I see this opportunity as a great chance to step in and lead a program that has a solid foundation." In addition to his commitment to LMHS golf, Bryan has coached the last 11 seasons at the high school level in the girls' basketball program here at Little Miami and also has nearly a decade of experience coaching AAU basketball (Cincy Chargers). Before coaching at LMHS, he coached in the Little Miami Youth Basketball Program and was a member of their Board. He also has 10+ years of coaching experience with various age groups in soccer and fast-pitch softball.

Areas Hall wants to expand as a growing foundation for the program are teaching the rules of the game, next shot mentality, ethics of the game, mental toughness, respect for the game and opponent, discipline, and mentorship. "I'm so excited to get to work as the next leader for the girls' golf program," said Hall. "The atmosphere will be positive, supportive, respectful, focused, as I hope to mentor our players into creating an environment which allows them to grow as well-rounded young adults on and off the golf course," Hall concluded. "Simply put, I want them to be successful in all aspects of their lives as they grow up."

Future organizational and preseason meetings will be forthcoming as we move into the 2025 season. Congratulations on your promotion, Coach Hall!
