At the August 26 Board of Education meeting, Little Miami Schools officially approved Bailey Reuscher as the next varsity head coach for the Lady Panthers girls' lacrosse team.

A 2019 graduate of Little Miami High School, Reuscher was a standout four-year varsity player from 2016–2019, earning team MVP honors as a senior. Known for her defensive prowess, she graduated holding the school record for most caused turnovers—a mark that also ranked in the top 10 across southwest Ohio. She also played for Velocity Lacrosse's national travel team, attracting attention from collegiate programs. "I'm so excited to be able to share my love and experience for lacrosse with future Lady Panthers," said Reuscher. "To return to where I learned and fell in love with the game is something I am super grateful for." Reuscher also lettered twice in the Lady Panthers basketball program, and led the team as a captain during the 2018-19 campaign.

After graduating, Reuscher attended the University of Cincinnati, where she earned a BBA in Marketing from the Lindner College of Business in 2023. While at UC, she served as president and player for the Bearcats women's club lacrosse team, gaining leadership experience in budgeting, practice planning, and team operations.

Professionally, Reuscher began her career in 2021 at LCNB National Bank, quickly rising through the banking industry. She transitioned to a competitor bank in 2021, where she advanced from personal banker to product specialist officer by April 2024. In her current role, she manages a portfolio responsible for generating over $3 million in revenue, with her work impacting more than 100,000 customers.

Reuscher now returns to Little Miami ready to lead and inspire the next generation of student-athletes. "Little Miami is near and dear to me, and I am excited to give back to a community who has given me so much," she said.
