MORROW – On Monday, August 25, Little Miami defeated Lebanon 162–172, improving to 3–4 overall and 2–3 in Eastern Cincinnati Conference (ECC) play. The Panthers were led by junior Austin Nicholas, who currently holds the top spot in the ECC with a 9-hole average of 37.25. Senior Casey Prewitt also ranks among the league's best, sitting just outside the Top 10 at No. 11 with a 39.75 average.
Little Miami is back in action this afternoon, looking to build on Monday's rivalry win with another key matchup against neighborhood rival Kings (3–1, 1–1 ECC). "We're starting to find our stride," said head coach Robert Rothermund. "Playing at or below par is certainly a goal, and we're focusing on that kind of consistency as we move toward the second half of the regular season."
